This purchase is for in-game roleplay use of the listed property only. PMA operates and retains control of all in-game assets. The property is automatically reclaimed after 30 days of inactivity. Inactivity means 30 consecutive days with no meaningful participation in the city. Logging in briefly, idling, or connecting without actually playing does not count as activity and does not reset the 30 days. If you will be away longer than 30 days for a documented real-life reason and still intend to return, you must request a leave under server housing policy before the 30 days expire. Leave is not automatic. If no approved leave is on file when the 30 days end, the property is reclaimed. This listing is complete as written. The property sold is the one named and located in this package description !

You will lose this property after 30 days of inactivity. Inactivity means not meaningfully participating in the city. Minimal connections (such as logging in briefly without engaging in roleplay) may also be deemed inactive at staff discretion! It is your responsibility as a player and purchaser of electronic and in game items to maintain activity of them and reach out to staff to advise of any leave or extended time away that may be perceived as abandonment of the item or property. PMA at all times remains as the true owner of the items within the game and property and what you are buying is the Role Play Ownership of said item or property. If you have questions regarding this, please make a ticket before making a purchase.
