- Plate Can Not Be Already Taken By Another Vehicle
- Staff Reserve The Right To Deny Plates They Deem Inappropriate although we are very easy going normally with this.
- Plate Change must be for a vehicle with a visible plate on the vehicle in game , otherwise this will only effect the garage and phone apps in city.
