Open a ticket to have the Luxury Apartment issued to you in city.

You will lose this property after 30 days of inactivity. Inactivity means not meaningfully participating in the city. Minimal connections (such as logging in briefly without engaging in roleplay) may also be deemed inactive at staff discretion!   It is your responsibility as a player and purchaser of electronic and in game items to maintain activity of them and reach out to staff to advise of any leave or extended time away that may be perceived as abandonment of the item or property.  PMA at all times remains as the true owner of the items within the game and property and what you are buying is the Role Play Ownership of said item or property.
