Johnny Instance Property Relocation
MAKE A TICKET FOR APPROVAL BEFORE BUYING.

This is to move a Instance Property that you OWN to a location that the same Interior would also work.
IE relocate a Warehouse to a new Warehouse Location where the Interior/Storage does not need to be changed.

If a Location is not approved or requires the inside of the instance to be altered their can be additional charges.
IE- Changing a Small Warehouse to a Large Warehouse.

Properties will be automatically taken away after 30 days of inactivity. As these environments tend to have people going inactive for a variety of reasons and in a variety of ways; Staff will make the final determination if the property and/or item is deemed abandoned and repossessed from the buyer within the city.     PMA at all times remains as the true owner of the items within the game and property and what you are buying is the Role Play Ownership of said item or property. If you have questions regarding this, please make a ticket before making a purchase. *You will lose this property after 30 days of inactivity/not flying into the city!
