While you own and possess the physical item/product/location within the role-play context, Johnny and PMA retain sole ownership and all associated rights.
We reserve the right to recall, remove, or revoke access in the event of abuse, inactivity, or violation of agreed terms.

All custom work remains subject to our standard policies.

Properties will be automatically taken away after 30 days of inactivity. As these environments tend to have people going inactive for a variety of reasons and in a variety of ways; Staff will make the final determination if the property and/or item is deemed abandoned and repossessed from the buyer within the city.  *IF You will lose this property after 30 days of inactivity/not flying into the city.  These Edits will Also be Removed upon the Repo of the Property at the Johnny's / Staff's Discretion .
