As these environments tend to have people going inactive for a variety of reasons and in a variety of ways; Staff will make the final determination if the property and/or item is deemed abandoned and repossessed from the buyer within the city. It is your responsibility as a player and purchaser of electronic and in game items to maintain activity of them and reach out to staff to advise of any leave or extended time away that may be perceived as abandonment of the item or property.
